Eligibility Criteria for CAMPCO Recruitment 2023

Eligible Job Seekers must meet the following Eligibility Criteria as per CAMPCO Recruitment 2023.

Education Qualification:

Candidates who want to be a part of CAMPCO Careers 2023 must have the following education Qualification as per the CAMPCO 2023 Notification.

• Executive Officer (HRD) – Master’s Degree in HRD/ HRM/ MSW in Personnel Management or MSW in HRDM/ MBA in HR/ M.A in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from a recognized University
• Law Officer-IV – Degree in Law with minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Mercantile Law
• Assistant Mechanical Engineer(Maintenance/ Works/Project Co-Ordination) – B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 1st class with 4 years experience
• Junior Engineer Grade-II – Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4 years experience
• Junior Assistant Executive-1 (Accounts/Marketing ) – Degree from a recognized University preferably B.Com/ B.Sc/ BA/ BBM with Tally knowledge
• Junior Grader –Trainee – PUC/ 10+2 pass with computer knowledge.

Age Limit:

Job Seekers must satisfy the below age limit if they want to be a part of the CAMPCO Careers 2023.

• The maximum age limit – 32 years

Selection Process:

• The Officials will conduct the Written Test for Junior Assistant Executive-1 (Accounts/ Marketing ) –Trainee, Junior Grader –Trainee.

Pay Scale:

• Executive Officer (HRD) & Law Officer-IV – Rs. 52,700/-
• Assistant Mechanical Engineer(Maintenance/ Works/Project Co-Ordination) & Junior Engineer Grade-II – Rs. 43,200/-
• Junior Assistant Executive-1 (Accounts/Marketing ) – Rs. 12000 – 14000/-
• Junior Grader –Trainee – Rs. 8000 – 9000/-
