Educational Qualification:

Junior Officers:

• Passed Degree in any discipline
• Proficiency in Data Entry and Computer Applications is preferred.

Senior Managers:

• Retired Officers from the bank or Financial Institutions.
• Candidates retired from service not before 31/05/2017/ retirement period not exceeding 2 years.

Other Requirements:

Junior Officers:

• Candidate must be able to speak, read & write in the local language (apart from English) of
  the region/area of the branch for which he/she applies.
• He/she should hail from the same region/area of the branch for which applications are invited.
• Others need not apply.

Senior Managers:

• No punishment under major penalties against the officer during the tenure in active service.
• Should possess adequate computer knowledge and should be able to handle computers independently

Age Limit:

• Junior Officers: 21 to 30 Years.
• Senior Managers: up to 62 Years(as on 01st June 2023).

• Junior Officers: Rs.16,000/- per month

Junior Officers:

• Attending to the customers, documentation, scanning of documents, data entry operations in the computer, Marketing of Housing Loans, making phone calls to the customer for business/recoveries, undertaking recovery visits, etc. and such other work assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.

Senior Managers:

• Should have work experience in Credit and Inspection /Audit in any Bank / FIs.
•  Should possess the requisite aptitude, analytical ability and
  flair to take up Inspection assignment.

  inspection/ security verification etc.
