Assistant Registrar: Officers working with Central Govt/ State Govt/ Court/ Tribunal/ Statutory organization/ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Bank possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University and holding analogous post on regular basis and the candidate should have experience in administrative/ establishment/ court matters.
Private Secretary: Officers working with Central Govt/ State Govt/ Court/ Tribunal/ Statutory organization/ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Bank possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University and should have a speed of 100w.p.m in English Shorthand and holding analogous post on regular basis.
Assistant Library Information Officer: Officers working with Central Govt/ State Govt/ Court/ Tribunal/ Statutory organization/ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Bank possessing a Bachelor degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University or Institute or a degree in any discipline from a recognized University with Diploma in Library Science and holding analogous post on regular basis.

About National Company Law Tribunal
National Company Law Tribunal. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is a quasi-judicial body in India that adjudicates issues relating to companies in India. The NCLAT was established under the Companies Act 2013 and was constituted on 1 June 2016. The NCLAT has eleven benches, two at New Delhi (one being the principal bench) and one each at Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Justice M.M. Kumar, a retired judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court has been appointed as President of the NCLAT. The NCLAT Bench at Bangalore began functioning on 18 July 2016. Decisions of the NCLT may be appealed to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. The decisions of NCLAT may be appealed to the Supreme Court of India. The NCLAT has the power under the Companies Act to adjudicate the proceedings.
