TR Zeliang has been appointed as the Chief Minister of Nagaland by Governor PB Acharya
Governor PB Acharya appoints TR Zeliang as the new Chief Minister of Nagaland. Zeliang will be sworn in as Nagaland Chief Minister at 3 pm today. Former Chief Minister T R Zeliang leader of the rebel NPF MLAs was present in the House along with his followers. Four BJP legislators and Nagaland BJP president Visasilie Lhoungu on Tuesday called on the governor and submitted a letter supporting Zeliang.
Maharastra Government has approved the revised policy of scheme to improve Girl Child Ratio.
Maharastra government has approved a revised policy of Majhi Kanya Bhagyashree scheme according to which families who have a yearly income of up to Rs 7.5 lakh will be benefited. The decision is approved at the cabinet meeting. As per scheme Maji Kanya, Bhagyashree catered to girls from below poverty line families and those whose annual income was up to Rs 1 lakh. The girl will be able to withdraw the interest money twice once she attains 6 years of age and when she turns 12.

State bank of India (SBI) the country largest commercial bank has launched SBI Realty for home buyers.
