Japan located SoftBank Group Corp has entered into the partnership with the Foxconn Technology Group to establish a joint venture. This partnership is expected to take effect on March 1. upon this agreement, Foxconn will buy 54.5% stake in SoftBank Group Capital Apac Pte Ltd for $600 million.
