World Health Organization (WHO) detected first three Zika virus cases
According to the WHO Report, the first three Zika affected patients has identified in India all from Ahmedabad in Gujarat. Aedes Aegypti infected mosquito spread this Zika virus. There is no vaccine or treatment for this Zika infection.
Four Agreements signed between India-Mauritius
Prime Ministers Narendra Modi and Pravind Kumar Jugnauth have signed four agreements on Maritime Security. The MoU aims at the setting up of civil services college in Mauritius. Council of Scientific and Industrial Research has signed this agreement. Mauritius has raised the hand to support the permanent seat at the United Nations Security Council for India.
Arun Jaitley has launched Aeronautical Test Range in Karnataka
Current Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley has inaugurated Aeronautical Test Range recently. ART in Karnataka Chitradurga district tested the country’s first unmanned aircraft. Aeronautical Development Establishment in collaboration with Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) labs designed this ART.

EPFO will invest Rs 20,000 crore in equities in 2017-18
Union Minister, Bandaru Dattatreya states that EPPO invests Rs 20,000 exchange traded funds for the 2017-2018 financial year. Employees Provident Fund Organisation has approved a hike in investment limit in return traded funds from 10% to 15 %. EPFO runs three schemes of social security:
