The School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh was formed with an aim of educating and nurturing all students by providing better access, promoting enrolment and retention to providing equity, quality and school infrastructure. Andhra Pradesh has a total of 61,952 Schools covering 13 districts that include Primary Schools, Upper Primary Schools and High Schools. To become a teacher in any one of these schools candidates should complete B.Ed or D.Ed. So this AP DEECET 2025 Exam Notification is a good opportunity for the candidates to get admission in to D.Ed course.

Cut off marks are different for General, OC, BC, SC/ST. This year cut off marks is same as previous cut off marks. Candidate belonging to

• OC/BC shall secure minimum 50% marks in DEECET.
• For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates the minimum qualifying mark for allotment of seats reserved under the respective categories will be 45%.
• That is to say candidates belonging to SC/ST communities should secure 50% of marks for consideration against seats under OC/NCC/CAP/Sports category.
