Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission(J.S.S.C.) has been constitued by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act 2008 (Jharkhand Act 16, 2008) and it has been published vide Gazette notification no. 829 dt. 6 December 2008 of Jharkhand Governmet. Jharkhand Act 2008 has been amended by Jharkhand Act 03,2011 and Jharkhand Act 19,2011; published vide Gazette notification nos. 153 dt. 24 February 2011 and 687 dt. 11 October 2011 respectively. Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission is simply called as JSSC. It is the State government Organization. JSSC was established in 2008. It releases Recruitment Notifications to fill various vacancies in Jharkhand Government. It recruits eligible candidates in to Group C and Group D vacancies in the departments under the government.

JSSC Expected Cut Off

JSSC Assistant Exam 2025 comprises of 120 questions of every 3 marks. Time duration allowed to attempt the exam was of 2 hours and questions were asked from Mathematics, Mental Ability, Computer and General Awareness. Each subject was consist of 30 questions.
