The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council was established on 1st of June, 1984. AHSEC function is to Regulate, Supervise and Develop the System of Higher Secondary Education ( + 2 stage ) in the State of Assam. Also, to this Assam Higher Secondary Education also done prescribe curricula ( scheme of studies ), syllabus and courses of instruction for Higher Secondary stage that may be in a college / Higher Secondary school. AHSEC was done all the arrangements for this Higher Secondary Examinations. Every year Assam Higher Secondary Education Council conducts Assam class 12th examinations in the month of February/March. After releasing the Examination time table, AHSEC also announces the Results of related exams.
