The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (former Selection Panel for Subordinate Services) is constituted in accordance with the provisions of Article 309 of the Indian Constitution, except for the Government of Haryana Notification No. 523 -3GS-70/2068, with the date of 28.01.1970. But because of HAP’s personnel transfer policy to district police adopted since 1979, this battalion now resembles any other battalion.
