Eligibility Criteria for Indira Gandhi Medical College Shimla Recruitment 2023

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must complete Post Graduate (MD/MS or DNB) in the concerned speciality from a University recognized by the MCI failing which the PG Diploma in the concerned field recognized by the MCI.
  • For Non-Clinical Subjects recognized MD/MS in the concerned field from any recognized Diploma in the concerned subject, Ph.D. with M.Sc from the recognized Medical College/University.

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age Limit: 45 years.

Selection Process for IGMC Shimla Recruitment 2023:

Pay Scale for IGMC Shimla Recruitment:

For Specialist (PG) doctors:

  • 1st year Rs.55,000/- fixed per month.
  • 2nd year Rs.57,500/- fixed per month.
  • 3rd year Rs.60,000/- fixed per month.

Note: Rs. 15,000/- incentive shall be granted besides emoluments per_ month to the Sr. Residents/Tutor (Specialist) of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Govt. Medical College , Chamba.
