IAF AFCAT Exam 2016 Eligibility Criteria
The Candidates applying for Air Force Common Admission Test 2016 conducted by Air Force should meet the below eligibility criteria such as educational qualification and Age limit. The eligibility Requirments given in our website are as per the Eligibility Conditions given in AFCAT 2016 Notification.
Educational Qualification for AFCAT Exam 2016
- For Flying Branch: Candidates should possess Graduation in any discipline or B.E/ B.Tech with minimum 60% marks.
- For Technical Branch: Candidates should possess Four-year degree qualification or cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India with minimum 60% marks.
- For Ground Duty Branch: Candidates should possess Graduation with 60% marks/ Graduation Degree in Commerce/ Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in any discipline/ C.A/ ICWA with minimum 50% marks.
Age Limit for IAF AFCAT 2016 Exam
Candidates applying for the AFCAT Exam 2016 should attain below Age limits as on 01/07/2017.
For Flying Branch:
- Minimum Age: 20 years.
- Maximum Age: 24 years.
For Technical & Ground Duty Branches:
- Minimum Age: 20 years.
- Maximum Age: 26 years.
Age relaxation is applicable up to 26 years of age for Flying Branch as per rules.
