Job Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and requirements.
• Design and develop applications using SAP ABAP Development.
• Ensure the applications meet the required standards and functionality.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Continuously improve and optimize application performance.
• Document technical specifications and user manuals for reference.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on application usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: 

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with SAP modules and integration.
• Knowledge of SAP development tools and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing SAP applications.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP Fiori development.

Recommendation:

• Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
• Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL queries.

Additional Information: 

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education experience is required
