Job Responsibilities:

• Hands on in analog/mixed-signal transistor-level circuit designs, run simulations and verify designs using Cadence tools
• Simulations across PVT, Statistical mismatch, Monte Carlo Analysis of various circuits like PLL, bandgap, LDO, drivers, ESD, amplifiers etc
• Post-layout extraction & simulation

Required Skills:

• Candidates should have a good knowledge of analog and mixed signal electronics, tools and flows
• Knowledge of cadence virtuoso, spectre, maestro is essential
• Basic knowledge of analog layout guidelines and techniques
• Good to have design experience or knowledge with circuits such as PLL, bandgap, LDO, drivers
• Good inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills are required
• Good to have knowledge on scripting languages like PERL, Python
• Good to have knowledge in VerilogA, MATLAB
