Job Responsibilities:

• You will join us on an exciting and well-rounded learning journey through the IDA department, where we will expect you to apply your learnings to practical outcomes in each area.
• You will undertake four rotations of six months each in the following departments, supported by a line manager and a Division Lead of each area.
• Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
• BI & Reporting
• Data Science & Applied AI
• Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion.
• Throughout the Program, you will be exposed to various learning and development experiences such as in-person training, e-learning, conferences and workshops to develop your competencies in the areas of influencing and negotiating, communication, business acumen, project management, etc.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Final-year students or graduates, available full-time from July 2024.
• A passion for innovation, data and analytics and a desire to solve problems for our customers.
• record of academic success and high degree of involvement in extra-curricular activities.
• Creative thinker, curious and ready to challenge the status quo.
• Self-learner and highly driven individual.
• Ability to adapt to different situations.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• BA/BSC or equivalent degree, or higher, in Data/ IT/ Computer Science or Math’s/ Engineering/ Sciences.
• An understanding of application lifecycles and governance.
• Software/coding experience.
