Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business operations to analyse improved ways of working
• Help drive projects within agreed timelines
• Work with various CSO functional teams and Barclays supporting team to elaborate requirements 
• Prioritise requirements based on benefits expected to be achieved
• Provide support for regulatory, governance and audit responses
• Provide support for targeted and ad-hoc Security communications
• Gather and formalise business requirements
• Perform detailed analyst to ensure all aspects if business requirements are understood

Required Skills:

• Robust organisational and prioritisation skills
• Tracking and managing requirements where relevant
• Building and managing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and contributors 
• Strong personal impact and presentation  
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to build views in order to push for decision making
• Assist in developing communication campaigns and trainings
• Security experience is good to have but not mandatory
• Graduate Degree
