Qualification & Skills :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not required.
• Passion for talent acquisition and interest in learning about HR best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Job Responsbilities :

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Participate in employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
• Support the development of job descriptions and job postings.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes.
