Responsibilities:

• Read User reviews and extract the activities that can be performed for those Points of interest or Place topics.
• Conduct thorough secondary research to comprehend various resources for information extraction related to activities and events of the given business
• Evaluate activities and events, and categorize them into different buckets based on instructions.
• Refer to images and videos to extract activities related to that Place topic
• Identify relevant/ irrelevant aspects related to the business category, reviews, queries, etc. used for comparing and rating a place.
• Should be able to work independently and understand his/ her performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
• Making sure the tasks allotted are completed within the defined SLA/ TAT time.

Preffered Skills:

• Ability to conduct thorough research using the Google platform on a variety of pages related to the POIs being evaluated. This includes being able to identify credible sources of information, evaluate the quality, and summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
• English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• A person should be able to read and comprehend the content given and establish context with the given skills.
• Good English comprehension with Logical Ability and Data Interpretation
• Should be able to work in different shifts and locales depending on the business requirement.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency with computers and MS Office/ equivalent platforms
• The candidate should have an awareness of consumer services such as food & beverages, restaurants, leisure activities, lifestyle, and entertainment domains.
