Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Change management team on digital transformation projects.
• Envision plan and manage enterprisewide transformation programs from a Change Management standpoint
• Lead engagement and conversations with senior client leadership SteercoCsuite level
• Apply Organization Change Management OCM framework methodology and tools to create a Stakeholder Engagement and Communication strategy to support enduser adoption
• Work with a wider change management team to plan and execute engagement and communications plans for an endtoend digital transformation
• Develop communication templates and tool kits based on client branding standards and best practices
• Design and develop communication artefacts and work with the client Corp comms teams to coordinate the delivery
• Engage with Senior Stakeholders across Geos program teams and Corp functions to plan and disseminate communication artefacts
• Collect and manage communication feedback
• Monitor and report on communications and ensure that key change initiatives deliver on business schedule and budget objectives
