Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Utilize Office 365 tools to manage and organize daily tasks and communications.
  • Maintain and update records in MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in the administration of Workers Comp policies ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support care management processes by coordinating with healthcare providers and clients.
  • Facilitate new business processes by gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits of policy and care management records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on processes and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Bengali both verbally and in writing.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring coverage and support during all operational hours.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Qualification's:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Office 365 applications for task management and communication.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Show expertise in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Possess domain knowledge in Workers Comp
  • Care Management Policy Admin and New Business.
  • Communicate fluently in Bengali both in reading/writing and speaking.
  • Adapt to a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
