Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data including call volumes, agent performance, and customer metrics
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support ongoing reporting and performance tracking initiatives

Required Qualification:

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or reporting role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
• Basic/Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, visuals)
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Exposure to Power Automate and PowerApps
• Fast learner with a growth mindset and attention to detail
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
