Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the customer care team in managing customer inquiries via email, and chat.
• Understand the Criteo Policy & tool and then provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Document and track customer interactions – CRM/Salesforce.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus (not a mandatory requirement)
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
