Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding and identifying the key tax touchpoints across the end-to-end business processes for their clients’ particular needs
• Understanding and capturing the client’s tax and business requirements to build the optimal Oracle Tax design and/ or supplement with the right mix of alternative tax technology solutions
• Supporting the team in designing, building and integrating tax requirements and processes into Oracle systems architecture (or wider tax technology solutions) to meet clients’ requirements
• Supporting the team in assessing the business impact of technical choices made
• Helping the project team with capturing and logging risks/ issues on the project as and when they arise
• Supporting the project team in developing/ maintaining good working relationships with key client and internal stakeholders and keep them informed of challenges/ risks/ issues with technical solutions being implemented
• Maintaining process documentation while continually improving internal and client processes
• Providing regular updates to the project team on how the project is running against projected scope, timeframes and budget etc.
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Required Qualification:

• MBA, Chartered Accountant, Engineering, or any other bachelor’s degree from reputed University
• Post-graduation in ERP from reputed University
• 0 - 3 years of Experience in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion and or Oracle eBusiness Suite for Tax preferred)
• Excellent IT skills with the strong desire to learn new skills and technology
• Understanding of Oracle solution architecture design preferred
• Practical / theoretical knowledge of common business processes
• Strong organisational skills and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Efficient communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good team player with ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy in work and attention to detail
