• Preparation and regular updating of Partnership Deeds
• FEMA advisory and compliances
• Outward investments / contracts / IWRF
• Inward remittances in form of royalty, fees
• Annual compliances
• Coordination
• Oversight of compliances of overseas offices, JV and WOS
• List of compliances to be performed
• Timelines for compliances
• Appointment of local advisors
• Confirmation of compliances
• ICAI
• Filings with ICAI
• Brand and communication related compliances
• Companies Act and LLP laws
• Advisory and compliance
• Filings with the ROC
• Single point co-ordination between various stakeholders
