Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain data collection systems using SharePoint, as required – responding to ad hoc data requests by developing innovative and creative solutions for the success and improvement of projects and processes.
• Team SharePoint site design & management
• Data Analytics - Gather, examine, interpret, and present data along with insights. Design and develop dashboard solutions using Tableau, PowerBI and other MS tools to deliver insights
• Evaluation - Create online evaluation surveys for learning programs and events. Schedule the deployment of evaluation surveys, according to agreed parameters of evaluation programs. Deploy evaluation surveys, monitor survey completion, and follow up as required. Collate and analyze evaluation survey data and create high quality reports containing data visualizations.
• Providing support to the team for various tasks and activities including Program Management, Platform & Documentation Management, or other ad hoc requests as needed

Required Qualification's:

• Education's requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Necessary prior experience:  1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Required specific skills: At minimum, the successful candidate must possess following skillsets:

Technical Skills:

• Experience in survey creation. SharePoint based surveys – from a data collection and reporting standpoint
• Adept user of SharePoint forms & lists, Nintex forms & workflows, MS InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer workflows to support automation efforts
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools. Able to handle, manipulate, analyze, summarize, and report on data using Tableau & Power BI. ETL experience would be a value add.
• Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability to create high-quality design and content rich deliverables
• Active interest in automation technologies, AI/AI based solutions and technologies

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrating active interest in, and comfortable with technology and systems and the desire to increase this skill set through experiential learning
• A ‘consulting mindset’ and ‘customer service’ orientation coupled with the ability to work under tight time constraints
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (including reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal communication) with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects and to prioritize effectively and work under stringent deadlines, with a strong attention to details
• Able to work independently and remotely from line management, operating proactively with limited day to day supervision
