Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with technology and product teams to define problem statements
• Understands project requirements and solves problems in discussion with local as well as global stakeholders.
• Understand existing simulation modeling methodologies & assist to mature further
• Deploys developed simulation methodologies to strengthen “Analysis First” strategy on electrical products"   
• Develops MBD/Vibration models to evaluate critical performance of electrical products.
• Analyze,Interpret, summarize and communicate simulation results to global audience and provide technical and/or design recommendations..   
• Delivers deep insights through simulations for robust product development to meet performance requirements/ CTQs for electrical products.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to understand analysis requirements, create analysis approach & solve simple/medium complex problems
• Understand & assist in maturing analysis capability of MBD/Vibration technology domain for electrical productline.
• Engage with product and test engineer to improve analysis models and validate analysis approach with test data.
• Demonstrates CI mindset & indentify opportunities to automate repetative tasks.

Required Qualification's:

• MS/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Automotive engineering
• 0-2 Years of relevant experience with multinational engineering organization.

Required Skills:

• Thorough understanding of dynamic techniques like MBD, Vibration analysis methods. Knowledge of Six Sigma (DfSS) is preferred.
• Candidate should have excellent English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills and should be a good team player.
