Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree boosted by additional focused experience or education in areas like analytics, consulting, data science, and statistics.
• 3-6 years of prior work experience, preferably in Customer analytics/measurement role(s) focused on data and analytics delivery.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and structured problem solving. Ability to draw out insights, answer the ‘so-what’ & ‘what-if’ and propose actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in SQL(Snowflake), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and advanced analytics software (e.g., R, Python)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can influence stakeholders and collaboratively work across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach.
• Consistent behavioural skills in terms of time management, prioritization, and delivery focused.
• Exposure to concepts such as attribution, A/B testing.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and evaluate and implement appropriate techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
