Job Role:

• Coordinating all inbound and outbound payments
• Driving decision-making through detailed financial reporting
• Ensuring that every dollar is in the right place at the right time
• Maintaining and updating the invoices/credits recording systems
• The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve, and we also want you to take ownership of tasks/projects you think can add value.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be working with the finance team to directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth
• Assisting the finance team with addressing queries from internal employees and campus managers
• Responsible for checking the invoices received by our vendors using available resources
• Deliver on assigned tasks with great quality and efficiency
• Identify areas of opportunity and highlight to improve

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify errors and highlight them in a timely manner
• Multi-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
