Job Responsibilities:

• Play an independent role by interacting with international clients on daily basis and sharing regular updates with management.
• Monitor and respond on all the incoming emails from client to the required level of detail.
• Chase for any new contracts and kick off the renewals for old contracts.
• Have worked on contracts related to SaaS and AWS.
• Contract is entered into Vendor system for pricing evaluation.
• New Contract is compared to old contract for material changes.
• User/License Count & Features on the product are evaluated to ensure quantities on the contract are valid.
• Update metadata in the IT Procurement system, if there are pricing changes due to the new Agreement.
• Triage the vendor negotiations with the legal department to facilitate red line negotiations.
• Use Ironclad to generate DocuSign envelope.
• Maintain SOP’s and regular share updates with team.
• Applications/tools worked on Coupa, Ironclad and Jira.

Technical Skills:

• B. Com/M. Com/MBA with relevant years of experience.
• Good communication and very good analytical skills
• Solid Understanding and Prior experience of Procurement and Contract management.
• Prior experience with Vendor mgmt., Coupa, Ironclad and Jira would be an added advantage

• A great teammate with an excellent interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure.
