Job Responsibilities:

• Individual will be involved in schedule adherence.
• As an analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for their respective KPI. performance in a US health care/ Finance process.
• Monitor customer accounts identify outstanding debts and take timely action to encourage customers for timely payments.
• Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses.
• Processing, Verifying & Posting Receipts for Goods sold and services rendered.
• Researching and resolving customer discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and appropriate responses to disputes within defined turnaround time requirements defined by management.
• Co-coordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries.
• Engaging in ongoing education opportunities to update job knowledge.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and Strong analytical skills to solve customer queries.
• Must be skilled in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
