Job Responsbilities:

• Participant Acquisition, Group Formation & Financial Literacy: Collection of participants’ profiles & get them into Group formation after orientation.
• Participant Orientation: Orientation training involves the activity of educating the members on financial literacy, formal banking, and credit awareness
• Create baseline information about the SHG/ JLG

Qualifications&Skills:

• Graduates (Any Stream) from accredited Universities.
• Undertake survey & identify areas villages/ wards having potential for formation of SHGs/ JLG.
• Exp. 0 – 3 Years (Relevant) Freshers are also welcome.
• A minimum number of participants in a particular village/ ward is very critical for the execution of this activity.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Good Team spirit.
• Time/ Team Management.
• Proactive & focused approach.
• Candidates preferred from Microfinance/ NBFCs & Banking institutes.
