Job Role& Responsibilities:

• Preparing and analysis business financials including analysis Month-on-month trends, Variances versus Target etc
• Work with relevant stakeholders to identify reason for gap in performance and working with them to improve the performance.
• Cost analysis and forecasting including identifying levers of costs, measures to optimize costs, improve productivity and efficiency.
• Automation and streamlining of various reports/financials released by the function.
• Competition analysis and benchmarking. Identify and support implementation of measures to improve the business performance based on analysis.
• Supporting other team members in any other ad-hoc analysis and reviews, as done on an ongoing basis
  Any other activities to support overall objective of the function.

Required Skills:

• Graduate or doing graduation in Commerce/business management/Economics/Finance domain
• Any other relevant experience or knowledge in technical domain such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.
