Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously refine the Products Content (Offerings, Terms & Conditions) and optimize the fee and charges, in line with competitive changes and demand. Propose and implement projects for improvement of existing ancillary products.
• Own one or more ancillary products and manage product life cycle, including planning, executing, testing and implementation
• Oversee UAT to ensure correct implementation of planned product change
• Analysing product metrics regularly and implementing the findings for product innovations and improvements
• Identify new opportunities for ancillary revenue streams (follow market developments, benchmark competitor offers, unique service, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge of other Airlines (Domestic and International) ancillary products offerings and changes. Should be proactive in the Airline space to be aware of any new ancillary product offered by other Airlines
• Stakeholder Management
• Work with in-house configuration team for all product configuration settings and changes for Ancillary products
• Coordinate with other teams to organise marketing campaigns for promotion of existing and new ancillary products
• Work closely with various stake holder internally and externally like revenue, digital, IT, legal, Airport etc teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Required Skills:

• Education Qualification:  Graduate
• Industry Preference: Travel/Airline/ E-commerce
• Years of experience: 0-2 years
• Nature of experience: Product management/ Revenue generations

Preffered Skills:

• Proven work experience in product management (Experience in managing ancillary services is preferable)
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the manage
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Excellent written, verbal, communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Navitaire reservation system like Skyspeed, APO etc. is preferred
