Job Responsibilities:

• The agent has to Support through Voice for Voice support.
• The agent has to resolve complaints successfully following established guidelines.
• The agent has to respond to customer complaints professionally.
• The agent should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
• The agent should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.

Qualifications&Skills:

• Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate ( No Pursuing Candidate).
• Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support.
• Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat or Voice support role.
• Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of e-commerce websites.
• Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM) for the Chat Process.
• Should possess effective Written and Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.
• Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.
