Job Responsibilities:

• Lead fact finding work in support of technology product development
• Act as liaison between the development and internal groups for development of features and products
• Handle risks, dependencies, issues, drives mitigation and ensure high priority items are raised for decision making
• Prepare communications to internal customers regarding new and improved features
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Work :

• Complete feature specification documents collaborating with the product management team
• Provide inputs to solution designs based on business requirements and constraints
• Collecting and analysing data and information to support and inform business decisions
• facilitating communication between partners, product and engineering teams

Required Skills and experience :

• Experience with the Financial Services industry and with financial data sets. Desirable skills/experience with Azure Dev Ops, Data Virtualisation tools, SQL, Microsoft Fabric
• Collaboration and interpersonal skills with multi-functional teams from technology, business, and end users
• Experience in participating or facilitating agile ceremonies, handling a backlog/release plan, supervising team level metrics, removing blockers
• Experience in solving business problems, generating solutions and identifying best solutions given constraints
• Ability to work with others to reach agreements, create outcomes, and influence the actions, behaviours and opinions of others
• Ability to use collaboration tools effectively as a communication channel
