Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Attain complete Understanding of full AP cycle.
• Managing Expense and Purchase order accounts.
• Processing and scanning of vendor invoices and check requests.
• Working with accounting departments and internal Marketing business partners to ensure accurate account coding and proper expense allocation.
• Managing relationships with internal/external business partners; Provide timely responses to vendor and internal marketing business partner inquiries.
• Communicating program performance at many levels (campaign/pillar) that drive action.
• Assisting in administration of shared mailbox.
• Planning and organization to balance and prioritize work
• Effective communication
• Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishing accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Required Skills:

• Must be knowledgeable in both Expense and Purchase order accounts
• Knowledge and skills on Microsoft Excel (or on the Microsoft Suite)
