Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to do indexing and assignments of requests based on the customer requirements
2. Required to work on different queues and manage the workflow as per SLAs
3. Responsible to provide timely status to customer
4. Responsible to provide query support to customer issues
5. Responsible to respond to customer inquires
6. Responsible to do implementation of group into the system

Required Skills:

• Excellent English comprehension and written skills
• Keyboarding and data entry speed (minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy)
• Demonstrated flexibility as per process requirement
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (copy, paste, filter)
• Proficient in e-mail management
