Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to do indexing and assignments of requests based on the customer requirements
• Required to work on different queues and manage the workflow as per SLAs
• Responsible to provide timely status to customer
• Responsible to provide query support to customer issues
• Responsible to respond to customer inquires
• Responsible to do implementation of group into the system

Required Skills:

• Excellent English comprehension and written skills
• Keyboarding and data entry speed (minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy)
• Demonstrated flexibility as per process requirement
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (copy, paste, filter)
• Proficient in e-mail management
