Required Qualification's&Skills:

• We are looking for a technical lead (9-15 years), with strong software design, solid code development and good problem-solving skills. You should
• have prior experience in the financial industry and knowledge of at-least one financial product
• be a hands-on coder and willing to primarily work with Scala. We also work with Java and Typescript using Angular. Scala is desired but not required and we can provide training to learn Scala
• be technical and curious
• be able to drive large-scale projects, break them down into smaller deliverable pieces and proactively manage all diverse stakeholders
• be willing and able to train and help the junior team members to improve their technical ability and give them hands-on technical guidance
• demonstrate strong core computer science concepts around logic building, data structures, algorithms, system architecture/design
• Have excellent written and communication skills
• Career Background in CS-B.Tech/B.E
