Job Responsibilities:

• Complete order validation for all internal and external customers.
• Complete Service Agreement for US Government customers.
• Order release in close cooperation with: finance (billing, collections, corporate credit, tax), export control, product  groups, PM’s, sales etc.
• Credit approval for returns
• Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quMixed shifts

Skills Required:

• 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Finance
• Possibility to work on mixed shift 50/50 - US hours (14:00-22:00)
• Fluent English
• Attention to details
• Knowledge about MS office and Google suite
• Good time management
• Dynamic, creative and good ability to present and assert oneself
• Communication skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong team-oriented culture
• Flexible working hours
