Job Responsibilities:

• Performs data entry using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet or database commands and formats material as required.
• Review discrepancies in data received requests clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data, and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
• May interact with departmental and/or other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
• Files, keeps records, and prepares/transmits/sorts/distributes facsimiles, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
• Perform quality work within deadlines.
• Interact professionally with other employees.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• Able to type data for long periods of time.
• Detailed and thorough in work habits.
• PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software.
• Able to read and understand a terminal screen and printed reports.
• Neat and legible handwriting.

Required Qualification's:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 0-4 year’s of work experience
