Job Description:

• Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines.
• Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence
• Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails
• Adhering to company compliances and policies

Pre-requisites:

• Candidate must be an Indian citizen
• Candidate must possess a valid Government issued identification document
• Candidates should not have any backlogs in their education for participating in the hiring process
• Candidate needs to possess good communication skills
• Candidate needs to possess excellent comprehension skills
• Candidate needs to be flexible to get allocated to any of the mentioned Mphasis operating locations
• Candidate needs to be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirement.
