• Responsible for attending walk-in clients at Branches.

• Responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the branch and ensuring confidentially in all dealings.
• Responsible for processing/ documentation of Loans & other financial services.
• Responsible for tele-calling customers to follow up on interest collection regularly.
