Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Making sure that the backlog is maintained, and that your delivery teams are collaborating frequently and effectively with the customers or users to populate and refine the backlog
• Participating in iteration ceremonies to enable continuous improvement
• Working with enterprise architects and teams to understand and prioritise the enablers
• Supporting the development of your teams by answering any questions and removing impediments
• Tracking and reporting progress, and attending any retrospective spanning all delivery teams that are involved with delivering the product

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of product development and management techniques
• Understand the vision of a product from the point of view of customer, end user or stakeholders Lead a team towards a vision, regularly stopping along the way to check-in, adjust, calibrate, and move forward
• A background of Identity Access Management working on OAUTH , Ping Access, Ping Federate
• Accept and deliver assistance to meet deadlines; self-directed, organized, capable of multi-tasking, and willing to shift priorities to meet business needs
• Experience in creating the product vision & roadmap and contribute to the platform vision and roadmap
