Job Responsibilities:

• Enable and support the Value Stream Management team to achieve their goals and deliverables.
• Solve problems and remove obstacles preventing the team from delivering on their commitments.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team and across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Avon senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
• Leverage the Continuous Improvement Specialist to implement solutions and deliver value.
• Report status and RAG (Red, Amber, Green) updates to the Account Delivery Director on a monthly basis.
• Work closely with the Head of Portfolio to enhance the Value Stream Management service continuously.
• Exhibit strong consultative skills to collaborate across disciplines and drive successful outcomes.
• Practise servant leadership by prioritising the development and well-being of the team, ensuring their needs are met to facilitate high performance and satisfaction.
• Guide the team in encouraging and adhering to governance practices to ensure consistency.
• Coach the team as needed to ensure contractual obligations are met, providing guidance and support.
• Regularly check in with the team to assess if they need upskilling or additional support to deliver on their commitments.
• Ensure alignment with Customer Design Authority processes and standards across all value streams.
• Oversee risk management strategies across value streams, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation plans.

• Track record of practising servant leadership to achieve team and organisational success
