Job Description:

• Summarize issues and communicate them effectively in both written and oral format
• Strong understanding of how to prioritize tasks
• Work effectively as a member of a team remote
• Work in a fast-paced, high volume and time-sensitive environment
• Embrace a continually changing environment and drive change
• Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 
• Attention to detail for reconciliation and research of discrepancies raised by partners
