Job Role:

  • You will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and management of our fintech products.
  • You will work closely with Product managers,senior product managers, engineering teams, business teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of our product strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
 
Product Development:
  • Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for our fintech products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Project Management:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development projects.
User Experience (UX) and Design:
  • Work with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
Data Analysis:
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into user behavior and product performance.
  • Work with data scientists to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.
Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.
 
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, providing updates on product development progress and addressing inquiries.
Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of product releases.
Required Skills&Qualification's:
  • 0-1 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to have strong sense of ownership.\
  • Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution (BBA/MBA)
