Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founders to plan, execute and run strategic projects
• Lead the transition from people-driven to process-driven organization
• Work with various team managers and leaders in driving new initiatives
• Design and Track KPIs
• Design and implement processes, technology and controls
• Assessing and improving processes and tracking performance.
• Identify risks and initiate appropriate corrective measures

Required Qualification's:

• Prior experience in Program Management - preferably on the Operations side in a startup environment 
• Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Strong Decision-Making Skills with reliance on Data
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
