Job Role:

  • Design Code Develop the solution

  • Impact of the execution of People related critical initiatives and programs/projects being run to support      key strategic objectives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications.
  • Testing and deploying programs and systems.
  • Fixing and improving existing software.
  • Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.

  • Verify and deploy programs and systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback.
  • Recommend and execute improvements.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Required Skills:
  • Understanding & experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
  • Experience in coding languages like Java,J2EE or C++ or Python, Linux, Shell Script etc.
  • Knowledge frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git).
  • Knowledge with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Attention to detail.

Required Qualification's:

  • Minimum of 0-6 months Software development experience.
  • Adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of handling multiples projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
  • Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to challenge and manage the change of status quo.
  • Telco experience would be preferred.
