End to end knowledge of Payroll processing & statutory compliance in India

• Updating of monthly payroll inputs in SAP
• Payroll run & fixing of errors
• Full & Final Settlements processing
• Verification and validation of payroll results
• Verification & validation of reimbursement claims & income tax savings
• Gross & net pay reconciliation
• Quarterly & Annual returns Filing

Provident fund & Other statutory compliance

• Computation and deduction of Provident fund & other statutory recoveries
• Preparation of Provident fund & other statutory reports
• Payments of provident fund & other statutory deductions to the government agencies

Payroll posting to accounting systems & reconciliation

• Preparation of payroll posting details
• Posting of payroll results into accounting system
• Reconciliation of payroll posting against the salary registers
